Thank you for shopping with Desert Deal. Our return and exchange policy is designed to provide clear guidance and smooth service.

1. When Can You Request a Return / Replacement?

You may request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged product

• The product is defective or not working

• You received the wrong item

📌 You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear photos or videos as proof.

2. Exchange Policy (Change of Mind / Wrong Size)

If you want to change the product without any damage or issue, the following charges apply:

• Return Pickup Fee: 30 AED

• New Delivery Fee: 20 / 30 / 50 / 80 / 90 AED (depending on location)

Exchange will be processed only if:

• The product is unused

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned:

• Used items

• Personal care products

• Undergarments

• Cosmetics

• Products without original packaging

• Items damaged due to misuse

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only if:

• The product is out of stock after order confirmation

• The product has a major defect that cannot be replaced

Refunds are processed via bank transfer or wallet credit within 7–10 working days.

📌 Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Delivery Fees for Returns

• Standard pickup fee for return/exchange: 30 AED

• Delivery charges for replacement: 20–90 AED depending on location

• For defective/damaged items, Desert Deal covers the pickup cost after verification.

6. How to Request Return/Exchange

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours

2. Share order details and issue proof (photo/video)

3. Our team will verify and arrange pickup

4. Replacement or refund will be processed based on your eligibility

7. Customer Responsibility

• You must ensure correct address and availability during delivery.

• If customer refuses delivery or provides wrong address, delivery charges must be paid.
