4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery time: 1–3 business days depending on location.

• Delivery charges:

  • Standard UAE city areas: 20 AED

  • Other areas: 30 / 50 / 80 / 90 AED (based on distance)

  • Remote or taxi-service areas may have higher fees.

• Once the order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

• If the customer is unavailable during delivery, additional charges may apply.
